Pink Julep in the Kitchen: Yummy Healthy Smoothie

I made this smoothie the other day to take into the office with me. Not only was it unbelieveably delicious, but I actually think it made me high! hahaha I had fruit smoothie buzz for a few hours and it was such a great and noticeable boost of energy!

3 tablespoons Fage Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 small banana cold and sliced
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon flax seeds

*Put in the blender until creamy and smooth. If not blending well add a little more Almond Breeze

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants and lots of things that are super good for you! It's quite filling and perfect for breakfast, a light lunch or just a snack! I've recently been drinking it before the gym for a bit of extra energy. Cheers to a healthy 2010!!!
