Pink Julep in the Kitchen: Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers

Last night I made lemon pepper fish and decided to try the Green Giant Valley Fresh Frozen Steamers for the first time. I'm a picky eater when it comes to veg so I chose the Roasted Red Potatoes, Green Beans & Rosemary Butter Sauce flavor and it was pretty delicious. The next time I make this though, I'll probably salt and pepper it before serving, but it was good!!!
All this requires is to throw the bag in the microwave for 6 minutes, leave it sit for an additional 1 minute, then plop it in a bowl and stir it up! No one will ever know you didn't slave over a hot stove to make these! hahaha

  1. I love those steamer veggies-when I make them I want to feel guilty for making a bigger carbon imprint via plastic packaging, but they are so good and tasty I can't feel too bad,lol!
