There's a small window around this time of year when it's just cool enough to wear a cape, but not so cold you need a really heavy coat. I for one love capes - they're so chic and glamorous, not to mention that they look good on pretty much anyone! I'm currently lusting over the Roc and Doll Nuclear Romance Cape - it's just too fabulous for words!
