Exploring Putney Old Burial Ground

Payless Bag / Northface Jacket (Similar) / Ralph Lauren Sunglasses (Similar)

Just across the street from our flat is the Putney Old Burial Ground, a beautiful little cemetery that seems more like a park than a place of rest. Filled with beautiful old trees and lots of park benches, it's often the site for family picnics or a place for people to read in the sun. We even saw a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream there once that was put on by the Putney Arts Theatre.

The graves in the Putney Old Burial Ground are so old that most of the names are no longer visible and I often wonder who the people are and how they came to be buried in such a beautiful spot. My husband Marc wanted to practice his photography and it was the perfect spot to try out a few shots!
