I was actually trying to create a recipe for a cranberry martini, but what I ended up with was something that tasted ever so slightly more Christmasy than a Cosmo… I don't know about you, but I often find that Rosemary smells like Christmas trees. So, here you have it - the Christmas Cosmo - cheers!
40 ml Tanqueray
40 ml Cointreau
80 ml cranberry juice
Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice and water while you work on the cocktail. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake. Empty the chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
