Palmer's Manuka Flower Honey Strengthening Shampoo & Nourishing Conditioner

Manuka Flower Honey Strengthening Shampoo & Nourishing Conditioner
(c/o Palmer's)

If you haven't heard about manuka honey and its many benefits by now, it's probably safe to say you're living under a rock. This monofloral honey produced only in Australia & New Zealand from the nectar of the Manuka Tree has been touted by many as an alternative medicine and can often be found in the ingredients lists of health-conscious cookbooks. If you've never heard of it before, keep an eye out for it on your next trip to the grocery store... It will most likely be the most expensive honey on the shelf, making it a luxury for many.

Having heard the benefits of manuka honey from nutritionists, cookbook authors and fitness gurus everywhere, I became very intrigued when Palmer's released a range of Manuka Flower Honey hair products and I had to give them a try. Using super moisturizing, naturally antibacterial manuka flower honey harvested in New Zealand, these products aim to promote health and protection of both the hair and scalp.

Palmer's Manuka Flower Honey Strengthening Shampoo & Nourishing Conditioner are both sulfate-free and contain Amla Oil alongside Cocoa & Shea Butters for moisturizing. Essential fatty acids, vitamins and nutrients aim to strengthen the hair follicles while restoring softeness and shine.

I'm rather impressed by these products especially given their affordable price tag of just £6.99 each. I get everything I want from the shampoo including a good lather and super clean feeling hair after washing with just a small amount. The conditioner is just rich enough, but not too heavy and leaves my hair feeling soft, shiny and manageable. I actually really love these products during the summer when my hair tends to get oily faster than during the colder months... These products seem to help keep that at bay without sacrificing any moisture or nourishment.

Palmer's Manuka Flower Honey haircare products are available online via FEELUNIQUE or can also be found at Superdrug
