On Pink Julep...

• Pop to your local cinema to see Girl on the Train. The book was so good and I think Emily Blunt will give a stunning performance. I'm seeing it tonight - can't wait!

• Check out Amanda Knox, the new documentary on Netflix about Foxy Knoxy. Despite mixed reviews, it's quite interesting and covers the entire scandal from beginning to end with interviews from Amanda Knox herself. Some of the reviews claim that it's biased, but you can make those decisions for yourself, or better yet pour a glass of wine, watch with a friend or your partner and then have a little debate afterwards.

I just bought Sylvia on iTunes for the staggering low price of £3.99. Based on the life of the late poet Sylvia Plath, this film stars Gwyneth Paltrow and Daniel Craig. I'll be honest - it's not groundbreaking, but if you love a historical biopic about a tortured artist who suffered for her art, then you'll probably love it as much as I do and it's cheaper than going out.

• If you want to see a rather creepy movie starring Emma Roberts and Kiernan Shipka, watch February on Netflix. (February is the film's original title, but now the film is also known as The Blackcoat's Daughter.) It's a thriller set in a boarding school that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat and leave you with chills!
