I don't know about you, but lately I'm having some serious 90's nostalgia! I've been watching lots of movies starribg the celebrities of my youth like Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Geller, Ashley Judd, Meg Ryan & Reese Witherspoon and binge watching episodes of Friends. Similarly, my playlist picks have started to follow suit and I won't be surprised if I end up wearing a scrunchie butterfly clips in my hair again before it's all over. Coincidentally, I've also been feeling the need for a reset on my gym workout playlist, so I narrowed down a few songs I thought would be good from the 90's and added them to my list. Before I knew it, I was craving a totally separate vintage track list for my workouts and now, here we are...
A lot of the popular music from the 90's wasn't as fast or pumping as some other decades, but some songs are just downright fun and offer an appropriate pace, at least for me. I love pushing play on this playlist whether I'm using the elliptical machine, hitting the weight room or even just doing some squats and pushups. If the gym isn't you're thing, it makes a pretty good cleaning soundtrack too and I wouldn't say no to playing this while driving either!
