Wearing sweats, activewear and loungewear can get a bit monotonous after a while. It's so refreshing to switch things up and break the boredom with something different, even if it's only every now and then. I've been enjoying the opportunity to wear some of the roomy, floaty dresses in my wardrobe that I don't wear near nearly enough. I've also treated myself to a few new ones as a little pick-me-up. There are a few styles that are perfect for the lockdown life, whether you're working all day, taking Zoom meetings, dressing up for the grocery store or just lounging around watching Netflix on the couch. Here are some of my favourites that are available right now...

Kaftans
H&M have come out with some killer kaftans this season. They're so chic and perfect for wearing while we stay at home.

Smock Dresses
polka dot smocked sun dress with tie straps
Dress: ASOS (sold out - similar here)

I love a great smock dress all the time, but the comfort and roominess of this style is ideal for working from home.

T-shirt Dresses
grey off-the-shoulder t-shirt dress
Dress: ASOS (also available here in black & beige)

The most comfy of all, a t-shirt dress can be as casual as it gets, but you can also belt it and throw a cardi or blazer over it with some cute jewellery if you need to look put-together from the waist up for those Zoom meetings.

Maxi Dresses
Black and white patterned smocked maxi dress with bell sleeves
Dress: Only (old - similar style in different patterns/colours here & here)

A maxi dress is always a good idea, especially during Spring & Summer. They're easy to wear, usually quite comfortable and can easily be work with comfy shoes like a cute pair of sneakers or sandals. Easy - you probably won't even notice you're not wearing your PJ's as far as comfort goes. Here are some floaty, roomy, maxi dresses that are perfect for working from home, but will translate nicely into your regular wardrobe when things get back to normal.
